Passaic High School Class of '60
50th Reunion Newsletter

 OCTOBER  2010

PASSAIC, NEW JERSEY

VOL 50   NUM 2
The Greatest Event Ever
The PHS’60 Class Reunion plans are now in place for the exciting weekend of October 29-31, including Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday morning, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Fairfield, NJ.
For out of towners and locals alike, there will be an informal pay your own way “Meet & Greet” in the large Chives Lounge at the hotel from 8pm till closing on Friday October 29.
Adrenaline will flow and excitement will reign at the “Main Event” on Saturday October 30, commencing with the Cocktail Hour at 6pm. The Dress Code will be upscale casual with jackets optional for men. We can rekindle friendships and find out “Whatever happened to …”, while enjoying a lavish buffet dinner along with dancing and entertainment. Nostalgic moments and a challenging “Trivia Quiz” will be provided by members of the Reunion Committee, so you had better review your study notes before showing up. Classmates from Hawaii, California, Florida, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Connecticut, Arizona, Massachusetts and lots of other far away places are coming as well as those who have remained in New Jersey all these years.
Name Tags will be provided to alumni and their guests, so we can all play the standard guessing game of “Who am I?” by holding one hand over the tag throughout the evening. Every attendee will get a gift bag of goodies and each classmate will receive a 50th Reunion RE-ECHO Year Book. (Phone numbers, street and email addresses will not be included in the RE-ECHO).
An informal pay your own way “Winding Down” breakfast will be served in the morning on Sunday October 31 around 9am to round out the weekend.
This PHS’60 Class Reunion should be as successful and well-attended as were the 20th, 30th and 40th galas.

If you have not yet sent in your check for the Saturday night event, make one out for $95 per person payable to the PHS’60 Class Reunion and mail it to Pat Novack, 13 Rolling Views Drive, Woodland Park, NJ 07424. Last Chance
If you have never attended a prior PHS’60 Class Reunion or even if you’ve attended every one, don’t miss out on this one … while we are all still young and mobile and can remember the event. The PHS'60 Class of ’60 was by far the smartest, the most popular, the best looking, and the most successful in the 124 year history of Passaic High School.
